Multi-layer co-extruded composite pipe extrusion line

Extrusion equipment: single-screw extruder using new high efficiency screw, with high screw speed, yield and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion Die: The newly designed multi-layer co-extrusion die, spiral shunt type channel design, with the material evenly, easy to adjust, easy to remove out ofthe fusion line and so on.
Vacuum shaping devices: vacuum spray tank, spray cooling tank or efficient cooling tank, and water contact parts adopt stainless steel materials.
· Tractor: two claw belt type or rubber crawler tractor, to accommodate different pipe production requirements.
· Single-station winder: Winding torque adjustable, with cable function, suitable for pipe diameters of winding φ110mm.
· Electrical control system: There are a variety of electrical control systems to choose from (eg: PLC automatic control system), easy to control, stable performance.
